[SOLVED] Is my PC working properly ?

So I was playing Borderlands 3 and noticed I was getting about 90 frames on low settings. This seems low to me for my build, but I might be wrong.

Hardware:
RTX 2070
i7-7700
8GB Ram

I was just wondering if anyone more experienced knows if there is and issue and if so how I would go about locating the problem. Feel free to recommend benchmarks because I’m aware this is not much information.

make and model of the psu? make and model of the motherboard?

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/sdd/hdd usage during the game?

To be honest, I don't know what the PSU is. The original PC was a prebuilt and the I've yet to upgrade the PSU. Nowhere can I find any info on the original page.
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B250M-A
CPU and GPU temps don't go above 65. Usage stays around 50-60%.
Memory is around 70%, HDD is around 40%.
Power usage is at Very High, though I asked a friend and his is as well. I'm starting to think that this game just has some pretty big performance issues.

prebuild like ibuypower or cyberpower? likely using unbrand low end psu.

Your PC is likely fine. This is just another case of a game launching incomplete, and the playerbase(you) being a free beta tester:

Use MSI Afterburner and see how much power is used.Also see how much GPU is being used
