No that is not normal.
Should be 15 - 25 sec max

You dont say anything about what is on the screen while the boot is going? Does it use a long time to post? Or is the post done in normal speeds and the boot up of windows that is long? are they both taking a long time?

Are the screen black all the time? what do you see most of the time?

Answer this and it can give hints to what could be causing it to be slow.

first 15-16 sec is black screen, then asus logo appears (it lasts 6-7 sec), then little black screen again, from 27 sec windows logo appears and its loading time(until 40sec) and from 40 second its welcome loading time until 47-48 sec.

Your POST is alittle long but nothing alaming.

Do you have anti-virus programs or alot of other third party programs starting up at the same time as windows is booting?
Only Realtek hd audio manager and Microsoft Onedrive is Enabled on startup. No I do not use any Anti virus programs.
