Is my power draw with my PSU safe?

Hi, What I am wondering is should I get a bigger PSU? And more importantly is my PC safe to use? Also how can I find out how much all the components draw? As joulemeter does not include GPU. My current PSU is a Corsair CX500.

My Build:
FX 8350 Black edition no OC (TDP 125W)
Asus M5A97 evo R2.0
Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212 CPU cooler
Gainward GTX 560 Ti 1024MB (The usual nvidia TDP for this series is 170W)
Corsair CX 500
8GB DDR3 RAM
1TB 7200RPM Seagate HDD
LG disc drive
Windows 7
2x Corsair AF 120mm case fans

I know I need a new GPU I plan to get a GTX 960 or 970 depending on pricing when they come out as they will drop my power consumption by 30-50 watts according to nvidia.

Solution
There is no problem with power on this system, you have a 500W Power supply which is good enough for this build.
But if you want a GTX 970 which requires 500W then you might go short on power.

So a upgrade to 700W Power supply wont hurt since you already have a CPU that can take 125W, and a possible future GPU that need 500W.

Wow, didn't realize before the 560Ti was such a high TDP.

As stated above, you have enough watts no issues at all. And like you said, if you upgrade to a 970 (depending on which model) you'll be at about the same or lower watts so you're fine with the upgrade as well. A 500W is more than enough to power a system with a 970.

Some will tell you that the CX lineup is low end. They're partly right. It's not low end by any means, but it isn't top end either. It's a middle of the pack, average PSU. As long as you don't plan on doing any overclocking, it's a good match for your system. If you were buying new, I wouldn't recommend it, but as you already have it, it'll do the job.

I already have it and plan to keep it for a while to come. All the 500s are really power hungry.
