Is my power supply affecting my gaming performance?

Hello Tomshardware, ever since I built a new pc for myself I have been getting very high frame rates (in the 100s) in most games. While this is great it seems like the frame times (in ms) are very high which is unbearable in my opinion.
My specs are:
Ryzen 3 2200G
AsRock B450m HDV
GeiL 2400mhz 2x4gb ram kit
MSI armor rx 570 8GB
Western Digital 1tb HDD
Cooler master Q300P
EVGA 450BT power supply
Does anyone have a solution to what the problem with my performance is and what part is causing the problem? Please help

What monitor do you have?

It certainly could be seeing that you're at the minimum recommended output. Then again, it could be your monitor or the settings you have on in your game(s).

I am Currently using a samsung s27d360h monitor.
