Can anyone tell me if my power supply is enough to power the Aorus rx5700 XT that I am planning to buy? I have a MSi MAG a550bn that supplies approximately 546 watts on it`s +12v rail. Is it enough to power the graphics card I am planning to buy? I tried entering the components of my system in Outervision power supply calculator and got 407 watts total.

Thank you for the replies, I have an additional question regarding the issue of "daisy chains" 8 pin. My power supply only has 2 8pin connectors that is powered by a single cable. The Aorus rx5700 XT needs double 8 pins to power and my power supply isn`t a modular one. Is it possible to power the card in question with the daisy chain 8pin or am I in risk of starting a fire?
Reference design for the 5700 XT is 225W and most custom cards aren't going to go much beyond that so you should be totally fine. While I prefer using individual lines for PCIe on video cards those daisy chained cables should be good for a minimum of 300W.

PSU calculators are fairly bad I came up under 400 watts doing a full system stress test so you should be fine. More in the 380 area that is not really realistic with normal use.

Looks like the recommended power supply is 600W, but with the CPU you have (assuming no real overclocking) the PSU you have should be fine.
