Is my power supply failing?

At very random times my computer will shut down unexpectedly as if someone puelled the plug, however the green light on my motherboard is fine and none of my components are damaged. When it shuts itself off I cant turn it back on again without switching the switch on the PSU off/on. Then I can press the power button on my case and she boots up with one quick BIOS beep. I hope someone can help me diagnose this problem, because its really annoying!! Btw this all started to happen AFTER I installed Windows 10.

I have a Asus m5a99fx Pro R2.0 Motherboard, XFX R9 280x DD GPU, Amd FX-8350 CPU, Corsair TX-650 PSU.

That PSU should be fine for powering that PC. Does it do it at any time or only when the system is under load, like gaming?

It's at really odd times, like today I was playing max Payne 3 and 30 min in it shut down, then I was watching YouTube and it shut down, a few nights ago it just shut down while browsing. It's random
