Is my power supply good enough to run a AMD Radeon HD 6850?

Hello everyone. I have an Antec EarthWatts 380watt power supply and im planning on selling my PowerColor Radeon HD 5670 and getting the XFX Radeon HD 6850 1gb. I play a couple games (Bad Company 2 [maxed out], Crysis 2[very high settings], The Force Unleashed 2 [maxed out], Burnout Paradise[everything maxed out but SSAO is turned off], and i've pre-ordered Battlefield 3 **the resolution is at 1600x900 single DVI**) so would i still be able to game? Heres my pc specs:

AMD Phenom X4 9850 2.5GHz Quad Core Black Edition 125watts
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 SATA 3Gb/s 750GB Hard Drive (i dont know how many watts it takes, i think its 8watts when its reading/writing)
4GB (2x2GB) Kingston HyperX DDR2 800/1066
Rosewill RCX-ZAIO-92 92mm Sleeve Bearing Fan CPU Cooler (i think it takes 2watts)
2 Case Fans taking 2 watts each so 6 watts total
LG CD-DVD R/RW 25watts

That card has a recommended 500 watt power supply. I would not try it on a 380 watter. 430-440 maybe, 380 is a bit too low.

Take note that the overclocked Dec. system draws about 4 more amps ( same psu )
And keep in mind that they are running Prime and Furmark to come up with the max power draw, a good deal more power than would normally be drawn.
So, if you don't intend to run Prime and Furmark 24/7 it should be fine.

Personally, I wouldn't cut it that close, but that power supply does offer up to 336W on the 12V, so it would work.

i think a 380 W psu can make a card like hd 6850 work as it takes only 1 6 pin cable and takes power nearly like the hd 6770 but i recommend at least 420 W PSU to make Yo run ur pc well but i think that ur PSu can also run the hd 6850 but of course its better to upgrade it
