Is that the Antec High Current Gamer 620W? yes, it's a great power supply. However, you can run the 560ti off of a 500W power supply which will save you money to upgrade to a Z77 motherboard.

Is a Z77 worth it? I origiginally had a Z77 but i swapped out for a better GPU

Z77 is worth it! It features a bit more support for things that will be very useful in the future:

I changed the board to Z77 for an extra $20. I went for an asrock pro 3 motherboard. Does this sound like a good option to you?
