Is my Power Supply strong enough?

I have a 650w Bronze Corsair Power Supply and also running a AMD R7 370. The 370 says that I need atleast a 600watt power supply. I want to upgrade my Motherboard and CPU to a AMD FX 8320 which uses about 74watts. Am I going to be able to fit it in using the same power supply?
