Question Is my power supply the problem?

when I start a game my pc keeps shutting off after load, I ran a cpu stress test but it didn't crash. However when I ran a gpu test it did crash at around 71C. I have a 2700x and RX5700 my psu is an EVGA 650 N1

It's quite possible. N1 is a terrible low end EVGA unit and I seriously discourage running such a setup on such a bad PSU. Get at the very least a Corsair CX or CXM unit.
