Is my Powersupply enough?

Hey,

So basically I built a new PC and with that bought a new powersupply, a 450W bronze plus from corsair.
But when I try to play games they sometimes crash. Usually it happens when I start the game up but sometimes in the middle of my session. Sometimes I can play the game for hours but sometimes it crashes from the start. Also noticed that the games that are more requiring crash more often. I thought it might be a RAM issue because the games crashed when they started up but I ran memtest on both sticks and one by one, never failed... Also RAM seems to be compatible with my system. It's sad that I can't play to full potential of my PC because of these crashes...

Specs:

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050 TI OC 4Gb GDDR5 (Doesnt use PCIe power cord)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200
MB: Msi B350 Tomahawk
RAM: Corsair Vengance 8GB 3000Mhz DDR4 Dual channel
PSU: Corsair CX Series 450W 80+Bronze
SSD: Kingston 120GB
HDD: 2TB

Any thoughts would help!

ya in my opinion its well below. Your GPU minimum is 300w . I would spend a hundred buck and get a https://www.amazon.ca/EVGA-Modular-Warranty-Supply-210-GQ-0650-V1/dp/B017HA3SQ8?th=1&psc=1&source=googleshopping&locale=en-CA&tag=googcana-20&ref=pd_sl_9u4mmfvq0h_e
why cheap out on power?
