Question Is my PSU bad? Is it causing coil whine on GPU?

I have a be quiet! Pure Power 11 80 Plus Gold PSU (I've had it for less than 5 months), is it a bad one? Could it be causing coil whine on my RTX 2060 Super? Honestly this noise is driving me insane...

The be quiet is not a bad PSUI but its based on old topology that is Active Clamp Reset Forward topology that has some hard switching that can cause transformer noise under high slew loads. Nothing you can do about it except buying a better PSU also it doesnt perfom well in transient loads , it isnt optimal but its not unsafe

personally wouldn't use such an old topology with a gpu like yours

What would you recommend doing then?
My coil whine is getting worse, now I'm getting noises in games like Dota, it didn't happen before...

the coil whine ( specially that its that loud ) should be from the PSU not the GPU , your gpu loads are inducing it yes during gaming , but the noise itself should be from the PSU , can you confirm this ? if its from the PSU then your only option is to get something with a full/half bridge + llc topology , something like the corsair RMx or seasonic focus plus gx

But I've tried isolating the sound and it's coming from the GPU
