Is my PSU big enough for my upgrade?

I just got the MSI X99s SLI PLUS motherboard, and am deciding betwen the i7-5820k and the i7-5930k, but i have on the way also 2 EVGA SC 780ti's. Im planning on oveclocking the cpu and gpus. I have a custom waterloop. 8GB ddr4 ram for now, 2 120gb ssd's 1tb HDD. dvd player nzxt hue and 9 140mm fans, and 6 120mm fans.

I have a 700w PSU will that be enough?

SHould i bother trying the setup with the 700w and see if its just no enough and then jump up to an 850?

Or just get an 850 so i dont have to hook everything up twice. I would prefer to save the $200 if i could
