Is my psu causing all these problems?

Hey guys, so my computer has been acting up lately. Its slow and unresponsive at times, lags out, the taskbar disappears, freezes when I'm running games. When I shut down my pc, the monitor turns off but the power led and the fans still keep on running and I'm starting to think that my psu is causing all these problems?

Problems started when I tried overclocking an engineering sample which resulted in my computer having all the problems stated above. I though it was my cpu because it was a A0 stepping es, so i swapped it out for my i3-6100 but I still had the same problems. P.S I also tried bclk on my i3-6100 with my Asrock z170 motherboard.

I decided to switch out the mobo for my b150m but the problems also persisted. I had another media computer at home which was running fine with its own Delta Electronics psu so I decided to power it with my psu and it started having post code beeps on startup. That further more strengthened my suspicions.

Can anyone help me out with this issue?

My specs are:

i3-6100
Asrock B150m
2 x 4gb gskill drr4 ram
Cooler Master B600 v2 PSU
Asus nvidia GTX 960 mini oc

Since you have a known good delta psu, install that in the i3-6100 rig and see how you do.
If the delta does not have sufficient power, use the integrated graphics to test.

Coolermaster quality is iffy so you might have a bad one. If it is still under warranty, rma it.
If not, seasonic is always reliable.
