Is my PSU compatible with Haswell?

So I'm upgrading my old computer I built in 09 with a new CPU, GPU and motherboard and I'm hoping to get an i7 3.4ghz Haswell CPU but I'm not sure if my PSU is compatible. I have an OCZ Stealthxtreme 2 700w PSU. Here are the specs of what I'm hoping my PC will look like come January in case that info is needed.

Intel i7 3.4ghz
Gigabyte GTX 760 2gb
some new motherboard
16gb ram
OCZ stealthxtreme 2 700w
500gb hdd
Windows 7 64bit

Any tips outside of the intial question are welcome but I'm probably going to make another thread for that. Thanks.

That psu will work but you should go down to an i5 4670k and a 770 youl get way better preformance

My bad, I was actually looking at the Intel i7 4770 3.4ghz but saw that for an extra 15 bucks I could bump it up to the Intel i7 4820K 3.7ghz but is uses more wattage? (is that the correct term? 130W for 4820k vs.84W for 4770) Does that make a difference? I'm guessing it just means it uses more power?

Still, you think I should go with a more expensive GPU and and i5? If the performance is better then that seems like the more logical choice.

your gpu is fine going to 770 is waste

and i7 4770 i would go for as it uses less energy and better performance per watt it uses 40 watts less

if your not planning to occ its a good chip with a h87 series board or z87

not 16gb is over kill 8gb would be fine
