Is my PSU compatible with my motherboard?

I bought a MSI 970 Gaming. I know, not the best choice comparing it to the ASUS. But still, I bought it.
I was wondering if the Thermaltake 750W SP-750P is compatible with the motherboard...

I know that it's compatible with my case (SPEC-01) but I do not know if it is with my motherboard.
I would really appreciate a quick answer since I am moving to another location and I'll be off for like 2 days...

Yes it will work and nothing wrong with that motherboard you seem to be hung up on the name of Asus!
