Is my PSU Compatible with new motherboard?

I ordered a new pc with the following motherboard "ASUS H87-PLUS ATX Intel H87 Motherboard / Socket 1150 / 4 x DDR3 Slots / Max 32 GB / PCI-E / 1x D-Sub / DVI / HDMI". My old Psu is a 600w LC6600GP ATA V2.3 Silent Giant series grren power edition. Are they compatible?

Yes it is compatible and yes, it should work.

yeah it is compatible,but it will be good if you replace that psu with a quality psus like corsair,evga,antec,cm because that psu brand is not trusted and generic

Is there any risk if I don't substitute? I ordered a new PSU but it will only arrive in 1 months time so can it destroy my other components in that time?

Your current PSU should work for a while without issue - I'd think you should be okay for a month or so until replacement arrives.
