No, for SLI you want 750 Watts minimum. If you will overclock the CPU and GPU's then 850 would be better.

750W is a better option for the SLI you want to run.

Sorry for some reason I did not see the SLI part. I agree with SR-71, 750W for SLI as you don't want to push your PSU to 100% load too much.

If you'd have an i5 it would be enough, but with an fx8370 you better get about 100W more yeah.
