Hi guys,
so i build my pc 2 weeks ago and i accidently connected the pci e to the cpu connector. My pc turned off after a split second. Now i got a new motherboard and the problem is still there. Could my Cpu be dead or my Psu? My motherboard and Ram sticks still light up. my gpu gave a white light indicating everything should work

I did a test with a paperclip with my psu and i concluded that the psu is dead. Now does that mean that my cpu is fried too? And can Ram be damaged too? I have already changed the motherboard and the ram lights light up. My psu fan spins for a split second and then turns off.
