Question Is my PSU dead or my graphics card?

Hi guys not sure if this is the place to post this. Last night while playing CS2 my PC randomly completely shut usually off when I went to turn it back on I got fans spinning and lighting up bit no video output. I've checked the ram individually, reset all the cables pulled out the CMOS and drained the motherboard, uninstalled and reinstalled the GPU but I'm still not getting any video output.
CPU ryzen 5 3600
GPU MSI 2070
PSU Corsair cx550m

Can be many things. This is the case where spending the extra couple dollars when you buy your cpu to get a model that has a crappy gpu on the cpu chip saves the day.

It is not likely a simple power supply issue. Most those you get nothing at all.

Since it appears you get something maybe your motherboard will give you a clue. Some have small led that indicate problems or if you are lucky you have one that gives you a code.

Try installing whatever your previous video card was and see if that works.
