Is my PSU Dying?

Hi, if you read my other threads, you will see what I mean with the problem, my pc was not showing display and no post, only fans spinning. The problem was fixed when I connected my pc to a wall outlet. Now it happens as well but i can fix it by power cycling the pc. Is this my power supply

Most likely, if its under warranty I would call the company for a replacement.
