that sound should be from low quality fan, they cheapout on some cheap oil which can dry up or get dusty, which can make annoing noise and eventualy make fan stop working
I cleaned it yesterday when i first heard the sound and when i turned on my pc the sound stopped and i thought i fixed it.. but today it started again, but only at the start up... the temperatures still seem to be good... so what should i do.. ?

3.3V and 5V are barely used now
whole PC runs on 12V rails
your two 12v rails have written on it 380watts (when it was new)
but usualy people run PSU at ~50% load

here u can take a look on some decent PSU units
it should have all info in it
btw your system doesnt need 1000watt psu
decent 500watt will hold u for a while (from tier B or better)
