Is my PSU enough for Geforce GTX 960?

I have a thermaltake 430w PSU and i just bought a Geforece GTX 960 4gb OC Edition. Is this power supply good enough to run this card?
My computer is 660 Dell inspiron
2nd gen intel core i5-3450processor 3.10 GHz
1 Tb hard drive
8 gb DDr3 SDRAM 1600MHz-2x4gb
Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
Upgrades: PSU thermaltake
graphics card: GeForce GT 630

Going on wattage alone unless you're running a ridiculous processor like the AMD FX-9590 then yes that PSU is fine. However many Thermaltake models are low quality, so knowing which model in particular it is, as well as the rest of your system specs can tell us for sure.

No. This is bad advice and using adaptors with a PSU is never a good idea. Aside from the fact that multiple 6 pin only PSUs aren't manufactured anymore, any good one has at least 1 6+2 or more.



If you already have a Thermaltake PSU in there any ATX PSU will work. CTurbo has a great suggestion above.
