Is my PSU enough for GTX titan black

I had gtx 780 ti that I bought a week but 3GB vram turned me off and I returned it.
Im looking to buy gtx titan black which has almost the same specs and double the amount of vram.

After I learnt that vram doesnt stack up in sli, I had to sell it.

Currently I have this psu:
Corsair TX650 V2 650W ATX 12V Single Rail 60A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 80PLU

So will it be enough?

Other specs of my pc if u need to know:
i 7 3770 non k @ 3.4 Ghz
240 GB SSD + 2 TB harddrives
Blu ray player

It should be close, however Nvidia says it has a power draw of 250w, which is the same as the Ti.

yep.I have personaaly used gtx 780 with i7 3770, on a 450 W PSU. No need to worry.
