Good day,

Got myself a PC from work, now I'm interested would it handle GTX1060 or RX580 GPUs? Will my PSU be enough?

ASUS PRIMEB360M-A
INTEL Core i3-8100
ADATA DDR4 16GB
Corsair VS450 (Orange one)
SSD WD Green 120GB
HDD 500GB

Apparently it's not a bad unit and it's not too old, I think you'd be ok even with a 580, or could get a 570 if you prefer to be cautious (there are some great deals on them too right now, depending what country you're in). In either case, I recommend undervolting the card. It's pretty easy, and it's a great way to lower power and temperatures on AMD cards without compromising performance.

Thing is, where I live (Eastern Europe) thanks to crypto-hangover there are some sweet deals for used GPUs. RX570/RX580 costs almost the same ~70 - 100Eur.

One guy near me selling ASUS RADEON DUAL RX 580 OC 4GB GPUs for 85Eur. So, I'm thinking buying it and undervoliting a little bit (if it needed), than buying RX570 for same price.

Undervolting is something I'd recommend to anyone with an RX 570/580. Even if your PSU wasn't an issue, who wouldn't want a card that runs cooler/quieter while drawing less power? I shaved like 20-30 W of the power of my RX 580 (measured at the wall socket with a kill-a-watt meter) without having to reduce clocks at all.
