I have 2 monitors

Using Corsair 430w.
I've done a few of the PSU wattage enough tests like http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
And it seems there should be quite enough for the i5 3570k just wanted some reassurance.

Yes 430W will be more than enough, most websites like the one you linked go over the top
