My PSU is a Raidmax Scorpio series rx-535ap-s 535w

And my components are:
AMD FX-8350 Black Edition w/ Wraith Cooler
Case is a Raidmax Ninja II
RAM is 2x4 G.Skill Ripjaws X 8gb
GPU is EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SSC
And my HDD is a Seagate Momentus Thin 500gb HDD 2.5

My budget is 50-60 and I need a fully modular one because my case could not handle too much cables as it only has a few cutouts for wires.

Yeah power wise that is enough to run the system (obviously since it is working) but yeah get a better power supply from a decent power supply maker. The list below is my opinion on best to worst power supply manufactures. But as always its best to do your own research before purchasing so you can stay in your budget range.

SeaSonic
Corsair
EVGA
CoolerMaster
Thermaltake

FTFY. Very few models from both brands are worth the metal case they are inside of.

Do you have any suggestion for a fully modular one at 40-60 dollars?

There are some units listed above that are decent.
