is my PSU enough for my high end GPU (oc'ing also in the future)

This is my current PC build: MD Frontier MA08A-2-BK no PSU;Intel Core i5-4460 3,2G/6M; DDR3 8GB 1600C11 Crucial; MSI B85-G41 PC MATE ATX; MSI GTX 960 2g; 1TB WD Blue SATA3 7200 64MB; EVGA SuperNOVA 550W GS 80; Windows 8.1 64bit.

Are the PSU and GPU compatible with my setup?
Also am i bottlenecking in any way?
anything i need to know.

What do you think about the msi GTX 960 4g

is it worth if i am only going to play at one 1080p monitor at 1920x1080 resolution?
