CPU: AMD 8350 oc @ 4.3( hyper 212 fan)
GPU: Zotac 780ti OC
2 sticks of kingston 8gb ram
MOBO: gigabyte 990fx ud3
1 hdd 500 gb

If we're talking about CXM/CX/VS/CS, then no, they're low quality. AXi/HX/TX will however be good, as they're high quality. What is the budget for PSU? Antec/ EVGA/ XFX/ SeaSonic all build high quality units.

My budget would be around 100-150$

Go for EVGA G2/B2, extremely high quality units. 750W will suffice, you can SLI in future with 850W of power, and both are well in your budget.
