is my psu enough for new gtx 650 and another hardware?

PSU : atx 250 w
Monitor: hp 2009f
harddisk : 640gb 7200prm
dvd rw
mose and keyboard
GPU : ati 5450
with upon spec no problem
but if i plug in gtx 650 250 w will enough?

No, your power supply isn't all good enough for a GTX 650.

We have to see the specification of the psu first. There will be table with voltage and ampere rating on the psu. Post that.

Edit: Only ATX 250w is not saying much.

Your power supply is a piece of junk, it will fail you soon and could also damage other components. You need to replace it as soon as possible.
