so I've decided to buy this:

AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte - B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Kingston - HyperX Predator 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Gigabyte - Radeon RX 570 4 GB AORUS 4G Video Card

Is my current PSU what I have for my older build ok for this?

Cooler Master B500 v2. 500w
I know it's not great, but if it's possible I would keep using it.

It can run it for now , but you really need to upgrade to a higher quality PSU.

Just curious, what if I don't? Can it like cause damage because it can barely keep up the pressure and running in high stress constantly? Or something like this?
