Is my psu enough to handle 970 sli?

My build consists of
asus z97 ar
i5 4690k
corsair h80i gt
asus gtx 970 black edition
samsung evo 250 gb ssd
1tb hard drive
2 exhaust top fans 1 intake front.

I wouldn't trust that power supply for $700 worth of gpus. Get a quality unit for that type of configuration.

what exactly could happend if i run them sli with my psu?
because a psu like the above is over 250$ in my country.

What could happen? The PSU you can kill itself and take some parts with it. Tell me what available in your country at a reasonable price and I can help you choose one.
