Is my psu enough?

No, you need a min of a 550W PSU, and a good quality one.

And you need to change the motherboard, you need a Z270 Chipset with the 7700K.

The motherboard is fine, just needed a bios update. I'm just wondering if that's enough, i currently have that rig. Everything runs fine, no shut downs or anything, but just paranoid.
