is my psu failing ?

so my gpu just stopped working few days ago so i bought a new one and i thought i should find out if it might have been my psu so i don't destroy any more components

If those are correct your PC wouldn't even boot.

Run HWINFO to get voltages , look under sensors tab.

Run this and report the voltages back , look in sensors tab.

If those were real readings from old power supply it shouldn't have run at all.

That sounds like crap, I'd replace it.

You better replace it , that is a very poor power supply and needs to be changed.

You risk damaging your other hardware, and then you need to pay to replace it all.

I wouldn't put a 125w CPU on the board , put a FX E version 8 core 95w.
