Is my PSU good enough?

I am planning on getting the Nvidia 970 graphics card
Graphics card I'm going to buy;

But i only have a 520W PSU, this is the PSU i have;

Will i need to buy a new PSU to be able to run this without any faults etc?

To say there is no chance of something bad happening, is a statement of ignorance. OP didn't post the full spec list of his computer, nor do we know if he's overclocking, nor did he mention what sorta work he does with the computer. He might overload the shit out of the PSU and it might take out his mobo, cpu, ram, gpu, hdd, ssd, etc.

Blackbird is likely correct but there is to much information left out to give a definitive answer.

I clearly explained why there might be a risk, the OP never stated the rest of his computer specs, nor did he explain what he's doing with it. Your assumption drew you to a conclusion telling someone he will have no problems with that PSU. What if he does? The tier list is a perfectly reasonable bit of information that helps with decision making.

Blackbird, I know you have been on this website forever, I'm sure you are a moderator. But it makes no difference, you haven't asked for all the information to KNOW for a fact, that he will not have any problems.
To me, that is not the best way to help someone. What if he has 30 CD-ROMS with 30 HDDs attached to that beast with only one 970 burning countless cds/dvds at a time on a 24 hour cycle? Exactly... Carry on though.
