Is my psu good enough?

I am upgrading my gpu to a GTX 740 ti and I was wondering if a 250 watt computer is able to power the computer.
Other specs of computer are:
1)Intel core i3-2100
2)1TB hard drive
3)4GB DDR3 ram
4)DVD disk drive
5)Multi-in-1 car reader
(I know the computer is old)
