Basically, it's fine. Your CPU is drawing 65 watts and your GPU 210 watts, totalling to 275W. So you'll have 245W left. Some of this will be used by the mobo, and other components.

However, the official AMD-site recommends use of a 650W PSU. If there are no problems regarding your graphics, then it's fine and theres no need for buying a new 650W PSU or taking drastic measures (This probably won't be the case).
