Is my PSU good for this rig? (Overclocking)

Is a 430w psu good for:

CPU: overclocked Intel Pentium G3258 @4.3ghz

GPU: Asus GTX950M (not overclocked)

RAM: 16gb DDR3-1866

Mobo: MSI Z97 PC Mate

If not, will it be fine if the cpu is not overclocked?

You might be able to get away with it with no overclock. Wouldn't overclock with that PSU

@JackNaylorPE I do not think it is a notebook gpu. It is the mini version with only one fan.

I wouldn't push the overclocking too much with a CX430.

It's a decent PSU , but not meant for OC.​

I'd be looking closer to the 600 range and definitely not a Builder series PSU.

CORSAIR RMX 550w , EVGA GS or G2 550w , Seasonic G 550w.​
