Look before you tell me buy new psu guys i don t live in usa that price pc parts are low as hell new Psu like Evga bronze 400watt is 70dollar. So i have corsair Vx450 can i overclock ryzen 3 1200 to 1.3v 3.7ghz? Whit no problems on this psu. Thanks

Yes if it's in good shape. Overclocking raises power requirements very little.

Well never done overclocking on it,and it works today. I dont have money for new psu. Prices are high as hell this years at least in my country

you will increase the peak load by only 30-40 watts at best.....

Not knowing your build specs such as video card makes it difficult to answer. RTX cards and GTX cards will draw a significant amount of power: The GTX 770 had a TDP of 225 watts. The GTX 970 had a TDP of 145 watts. The TDP of my RTX 2070 Super is 215 watts.
