Is my psu is enough for shapphire hd 7770 1gb ,it is 450W and has 4pin 12V of 18A cable

I'd recommend you 450W SeaSonic, Zalman, Antec, Corsair PSU's with 80plus efficiency. They are reliable and even though your current PSU may be enough for your system, I'd still buy a quality new one. I have the same card and I'm using 450w corsair with 80+ efficiency.
