Is my PSU Molex at fault here?

I have the NZXT s340 Elite and it comes with two fans that requires a molex connection to power, and also my after market case fan hub require it too. But when i plug my Molex to the Fans it does not seem to turn on or spin at all. Is it because i dont my CPU installed yet or is it my Molex not working?

PSU: Thermaltake Smart 600W 80+

Without a CPU installed the power supply doesn't get the signal to fully turn on. There is nothing wrong with your molex connectors.
