Ok so for a few weeks now whenever i switch my pc on im greeted with a black screen, Everything lights up and fans are spinning but no picture. My initial thought was a dodgy gpu or cable so have checked everything and all is fine there, Ive installed gpu drivers and even re flashed the gpu bios but still happening. Here is a quick run down of my rig...
Amd Athlon x4 880k
8gb Ballistix Ram
128gb ssd / 1TB hdd
AMD RX 460 4GB GPU
Cooler master Hyper H412R cpu fan
4 X LED case fans
Corsair VX450W

I also have the following CONNECTED TO THE PC...
3 X ACER 24INCH MONITORS
ADX LED Gaming keyboard
ADX LED Mouse mat
Logitec G402 gaming mouse
xbox controller via bluetooth adapter
Led Kotion Each Headset
Web cam
Speakers
Wifi dongle

I think thats everything, The power supply in my rig is a Corsair VX450W. Do you think this could be the cause for my black screen issue when powering on? When the black screen appears instead of my windows 10 login screen i press the restart button and it fires up normally as it should. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Im fairly new to pc gaming and building so please be gentle!!

Cheers

Solution
You should have enough power for that system. The GPU has a draw of 75W and the CPU is 95W TDP. So long as you're not overclocking it ought to be ok. Possibly the PSU is faulty.
