Is My PSU OK to Overclock Smoothly?

I'm no overclocking expert, and the only thing I need to know is if my Corsair CX430M iss good to overclock the G3258, I just wanted to know if it can support enough power to support overclocking to abou 4.2 to 4.4 and also have the GTX 750 ti to run smoothly.
