Is my PSU okay for this setup

So I have a GT730 2gb ddr3, 2 RAM sticks, toshiba DT01ACA100 HDD, stock mouse/keyboard and a 300w PSU.
I bought a Phenom II x6 1055T 125w and as it is shipping I started to worry about the PSU,
is 300w enough?

Well as far as I know it's a stock one and the name is liteon on the PSU itself
It's a budget set so I'm willing to underclock or something if the PSU isn't good enough

I can't upgrade in the next few months so I am ready to underclock since I heard that might help?
