Is my PSU powerful enough?

this is my first self built PC and I am starting to get into overclocking, but I am coming across a problem when trying to do load tests. When I run Prime 95 at my preferred OC setting my system either locks up or the computer reboots spontaneously.

I'm wondering if this is caused by a PSU that inst powerful enough.

I currently have a EVGA supernova 750w (GOLD) and my system only draws 650w at default settings. I am overclocking my FX8350 base clock of 220mhz. could it actually be drawing more than 750w?

MOBO: MSI 990FXA
CPU: FX-8350 4.0ghz 8 core
RAM: 16GB ripsaw X series DDR3
GPU: 2x radeon sapphire nitro R9 380 crossfire

It seems he alreay has the system so not advice he can do something with.

If the powerdraw is measured at the wall, can you take about 10% off the 650watt since efficiency is still coming into play.A spontanious reboot might be the psu though,It isn't after a blue screen?

Which EVGA Supernova Gold? The Nex/G1 or G2.
