Hey guys, Was wondering If I should opt. for a better Psu, 500w or more? instead of this 450w?

I went to a local store yesterday and the technician told me, It won't be enough because here in Quebec, "Hydro-Québec is a public utility that manages the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Quebec"
That I'll be needing a better Psu.
And Lets say I wanna Add another stick of RAM should i opt for the Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8gb instead of the Crucial 8GB?
Let me know ur opinions! Thanks guys

Solution
That PSU is more than enough that whole system will barely use 350 watts at full tilt. Its a good choice.

That technician has no idea what hes talking about.

As for the ram if you want to add more, do yourself a favor, save a few more bucks and buy a 2x8gb kit. The only way to guarantee compatibility is to buy a matched set.

Thanks guys I appreciate, But can you please tell me If 2 Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8gb will be compatible with my parts? Cus I don't have the budget for 2 sticks atm so I'll opt for 1 now, I might add up another one later on.

Thanks btw mates!

The short answer is - probably.

Theres a very good chance it will work right, but there are occasions it does not which is why we recommend buying them in a matched kit.

Okok mate, Thanks! :)
