Hi, I'm planning on building a new budget pc soon and have already done the research on the parts that I want to buy. The only thing that I am unsure of is if my power supply will be able to handle the parts.

My System will be as follows:

- ASRock 970 Extreme4 Socket AM3+ 970 ATX AMD Motherboard
- AMD FX 6300 Black Edition
- Toshiba 1TB HD 7,200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s
- G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB DDR3 1600
- Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 TI SC edition
- Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W ATX12V v2.01 SLI Ready Power Supply
- 4 case fans

Any and all help is appreciated!

Hi - ferret is right. Rosewill has some good quality PSU's, namely
the Capstone/Fortress/Tachion series. That blue led model you are
considering is not their best effort. And it'll run you $63.

For $60 you can get a nice step up in quality:

So it sounds like my psu won't hold up for very long then? possibly at least.
I may go with the Corsair for now. I'm planning on making a stronger PC in the near future so I'll upgrade the psu to like 850 or so when the time comes. Thanks for the help!

No - No - don't misunderstand me. I thought you were asking advice befroe you
purchased. Didn't realize you already owned it. It is fine for your system, do not worry.

It should last a long time. If you were buying new I'd steer you to one of the
ones I linked, but your RP600 is fine & should hold up for the duration
of your current build.

Also, please understand when you do upgrade, going for higher wattage isn't the key.
Going for the most quality you can afford is what you want to do. There are only
a hanful of current video cards out there that require a PSU of more than 500w
for the entire system. And, even those can function well on fewer than 620w.

Stick with quality brands and realize the amps on the +12v rail(s) is the key
spec to concentrate on, not toal watts.

Once again, you are fine with your current psu, no need to upgrade.

Is my psu going to be holding back my graphics card in performance at all do you think?

Nope - it won't hold anything back. It's got more than enough amps for your system.
