Hi guys,
I made a new configuration and i have doubts about my PSU.

Here are the specs:
CPU: AMD FX-9370 4.4GHz
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 - 2 fans ( 2x150mm Noctua)
Case Fans: 1x200mm, 1x140mm
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 OC Tri-X 4GB
MB: ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer Skt. AM3+
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600MHz
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX750M - 80+ Bronze (85% efficency).

I used the power consumption calculators online and everything seems ok. Can you guys share a thought.

Is it enough? I do not overclock my pc and removed the TURBO setting from the CPU. The guys i bought the configuration from, told me that it is enough.

Let me know what you think. Thanks a lot.

No CX PSU's are crap quality and AMD recommend a minimum of a 1000w PSU when running FX9xxx cpu's due to their insane load on the 3v rail.

If you have not bought the CPU and motherboard then dont, the FX9xxx series are horrible. Also your cooler is not good enough, you need a good watercooling setup for that CPU.

Can you explain a bit the 3v rail comment. I do not really understand what that is. Sorry, i'm kinda noob at more complex technical issues.

The FX9xxx take about twice the wattage of any other desktop cpu, this is from the 3v supply on the PSU. Although the whole pc wont need anything like 1000w AMD recommend a 1000w minimum to ensure the PSU has a strong enough 3v supply for the CPU.

Really these cpu's are operating at levels of power and heat that really are not suited for a desktop but it was the only way AMD could attempt to compete with the high end Intel's.
