Is my psu sufficient enough for a gtx 660?

I have a hp xw4600 workstation with a core 2 quad q9300 and 4gb ddr2 and was looking to upgrade the ram and gpu... and im not sure if my psu is powerful enough see picture below.

this is my first time seeing HP use 475W 80+ psu on its product (i never had branded pc as it was overpriced and was never intended for games)

you can upgrade it to 8Gb
and yes you can use standard gpu

BUT

You need to realize the cpu is no longer adequate for supporting even $180 gpu.

If you still insist on upgrading then I would recommended you to get GTX 1050Ti as the max limit of your upgrade. It should be safe for your psu since its a 75W gpu ( recomended 300W psu) and the price is not too expensive and put into account of your old cpu limitation. It cost around US$115 in US

Upgrading above this gpu will only waste your money since your cpu will bottleneck it more.

Ram need to get maxed into 8Gb otherwise it will be pointless.
