Question is my psu watt enough?

i wanted to upgrade my pc from :
b250f
i5 7500
to :
b550 a gaming
3700x with a stock cooler but i might use aio for overclocking
and i use 2x8 3200mhz with asus 2060 6gb and 3 or 4 fans
i currently using a cx550, do i need to upgrade that or is it fine?

How old is the PSU in question? It should be enough for the build but over time, the effective power output from a PSU can and will deteriorate hence why I asked the age of the unit.
